RENTALS
- Where do you Deliver to?
Rental cabins are delivered throughout the Waikato, Western Bay of Plenty and Rotorua.

- Are there any delivery fees?
Yes, delivery fees start from $150 and go up on price depending on location. Please enquire with your location so we can price the delivery.
(Pick-up fee is included in delivery fee cost)

- Do I have to pay a Bond?
Yes, our rentals have 3 weeks rent as bond.
(Delivery fee and 1 weeks rent in advanced to be paid with bond prior to rental commencement)

- Will I get my bond back?
Yes, permitting the cabin is returned CLEAN and NO MAJOR DAMAGE that affects the cabin being
re-rented out.

- How often do I have to pay rent?
Rent on cabins is paid in advance on a weekly basis unless otherwise arranged at the commencement of your rental agreement.

- Is there any minimum rental period?
Yes, 3 months.

- Do the Cabins come with a deck?
Yes, our cabins come with a 2500x800 deck.

- Can I rent to own?
Unfortunately we no longer offer a rent to own option however there are numerous finance companies which may be able to help you obtain a loan in order to purchase from us.
Delivery
We use a ute and tilt trailer.
Reasonably flat ground is needed to back up where the cabin will be placed, we then tilt the trailer and drive straight forward as the cabin slides into place.

PURCHASED CABINS/TINY HOMES
- Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide. Cabins will be delivered by tilt trailer or truck and hiab, depending on size and location.

- What size cabins can I choose from?
We offer:
Small: 6x3
Medium: 8x3
Medium/Large: 10x3
Large: 12x4

- I want a bigger cabin! Can I custom build?
Yes, We also build to Custom!

No, our cabins are built here at our building site and delivered.
